prepping.club events are built to be run anywhere. If you lead a community — a town, a school, a company, an NGO, a club — you can organise prepping.club workshops, meetups, tabletop exercises and challenges where you are, under a licence from us.
How the licence works

The venue, the people and the local promotion. You know your community; you decide which events it needs and when.
We provide
The event formats and materials — agendas, scenarios, tabletop exercises, checklists — training for your organisers, the prepping.club name and look, and a place on our events page and calendar.
Together we keep the standard
Every event follows our safety and quality standards, and everyone involved agrees to the Berlin Code of Conduct. Sign-ups and planning run on our members' platform.
What a licence covers
The licence is agreed with each partner: which event formats you run, where, how often, and on what terms. It depends on your community and on the events you have in mind — so there is no price list here. Tell us about your community and we will come back with the details.
