What we collect
- Your name and email address, only when you submit a form (RSVP for an event, contact us, or apply to the club)
- Any message, answers to RSVP questions, or other text you type into that form
That's it — this site sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to what you asked for: confirm your RSVP, reply to your message, or process a club application. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it with third parties.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up — for example, event submissions are kept until after the event plus a short follow-up window.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to:
- Show you what we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to how it's used
- Give you a copy in a portable format
