AI voice-cloning scams — the "grandchild in trouble, send money now" call — are aimed disproportionately at older relatives, who are less likely to have heard about the technology and more likely to act out of fear for family. Have the family-safe-word conversation directly with elderly relatives, not just the rest of the household, and check in on whether they know what to do if that call comes.
