Ads and social posts showing a well-known figure "endorsing" a trading platform, crypto scheme, or guaranteed-return investment are one of the most common uses of AI video and voice cloning right now — the more convincing the clip, the more money is usually on the other end of the funnel. Public figures rarely endorse specific trading products at all, so treat any such video as fabricated by default, verify through the person's own official channels before believing it's real, and never act on an investment pitch because a familiar face or voice told you to.
